Alfons Dunselman
If you are dealing with a business in financial distress and need advice on your options, or if you are experiencing financial difficulties yourself and want to learn more about a restart, bankruptcy, or director’s liability, I am here to help.
Since my admission to the bar in 1987, I have specialized in bankruptcy law. I am regularly appointed by the court as a trustee in bankruptcies. The knowledge and experience gained from these appointments are also used in my advice to companies in financial difficulties. I act as a supervisor in suspensions of payments and as a liquidator of dissolved legal entities.
Additionally, I act as a supervisor or liquidator of estates.
Within my specialty, it is essential to quickly get to the heart of the matter, distinguish between the essential and the peripheral, and take clients firmly by the hand. These matters are in good hands with me.
