I specialize in IP law and have extensive experience advising and litigating on patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, plant variety rights, database rights, and know-how. I also deal with unfair competition, competition law, and food law, including novel foods. I have a lot of experience with the various (international) procedures, including US procedures and procedures before BOIP, EUIPO, and the European Court of Justice. I am admitted to the New York Bar and regularly work in large international teams of lawyers, tax experts, accountants, and technically and biologically trained professionals. Advising and writing in English is not a problem for me.

In addition to IP law, I also deal with corporate disputes, banking disputes, and disputes over horse sales contracts. The latter arises from my hobby. I train my own horse every day and regularly participate in competitions with her. I am also involved in the organization of various equestrian events. That is why I have also specialized in equine law.
