Since 2000, the year I was sworn in as a lawyer, I have specialized in labor law. I am well-versed in labor law for the healthcare sector, government entities, businesses, and education. I have gained extensive experience in complex employment disputes, reorganizations, long-term incapacity, and non-compete clauses. I also provide advice on general regulations such as codes of conduct, integrity policies, privacy codes, and regulations for executive boards, supervisory boards, and employee representative bodies.

I represent both employers and employees. It is important to me to work together with my clients to find the best possible solution. I would describe my approach as practical and solution-oriented. I strive to settle matters amicably whenever possible, but I am also prepared to litigate when necessary.
