Adam Nassiri is an attorney based at our Alkmaar office. His practice focuses on corporate law and insolvency law, in which he has gained experience. He is regularly involved in the administration of insolvency matters and represents clients in civil litigation related to these fields.

In addition, Adam advises and litigates on issues concerning commercial contracts, directors’ liability, and internal corporate disputes. He also assists clients with the drafting and review of contracts, as well as the dissolution and winding-up of legal entities and partnerships.
